How are you feeling today? (grocery list version)
3 packets of instant noodles - one packet to cook perfectly and make an overcooked large quantity bland mess out of the other two, kind of how I like to do with my emotions, psychoanalysing even if I’m underqualified to.
1 packet of milk - to put in the back of the fridge and forget about it, just like my thoughts. Useful with an expiry date, now unused and stale.
Exactly 7 packets of Lays - they’re not one of each day, rather my emotional support companion for my over consumption phase.
3 small packed cakes - to add some sweet guilt (not too much) to the salty guilt of too many Lays.
A packet of chocolate candies - to treat myself with a deserved reward, don’t ask me why the packet empties in two days, by the way.
A big pack of cornflakes - to pretend I care, just the right amount to compensate for all the neglect my mind and body bear.
